Case Study
The Training Fox
Located in Cirencester, The Training Fox is run by Steven Gill. The courses they deliver focus on all aspects of Health and Safety, from Paediatric First Aid to Fire Safety Awareness, with a particular focus on those courses applicable to staff looking after children. Their clients include schools, childminders, Local Government, Care Homes for the elderly and so many more industries.
The training courses delivered by Steven are not valid forever. While the concepts may remain the same, legislation and changes in the way things are done mean that these courses should be repeated every few years, so the recipients of the training are up to date and compliant.
The Training Fox have trained over 2,500 people over the last eight years. They had no visibility of when any of their trainees needed retraining, thus missing out on considerable training revenue potential.
We took all their existing client data and built this into Compliance Tracker. They didn’t need to key lots of data in or wrestle with data import routines.
This immediately provided them with an accurate picture for every one of their customers, showing precisely when each individual trainee was last trained and when they were due for retraining.
Alerting was set up such that Steven receives advanced warning ahead of any trainee coming up to a retraining date, enabling The Training Fox to approach the client warning them of impending non-compliance and offering them a place on the latest training course.
All supporting documentation can be uploaded into the system: training notes, course certificates and more.
Steven is delighted with the system as this has greatly increased their revenue potential with existing clients. The Training Fox were adversely affected by Covid lockdown and are now getting back to full strength with a busy training schedule ahead of them.
Steven finds the system user-friendly, saying “Why can’t all software be as easy as this to use?”
Compliance Tracker tells them what to do, when to do it, what’s coming up and what was missed.
