In 2019, Home Instead, Wolverhampton, Wombourne and Kingswinford, a provider of domiciliary care, started using Compliance Tracker, a regulatory compliance management system, to track all compliance for their staff and their clients.

​Previously, Paramjit and his team would have to search for what was due or outstanding through paper records and spreadsheets, which wasn’t very effective for managing a crucial part of their business proposition.

​They use Compliance Tracker to monitor all their different processes, for example the regular 121 staff supervision sessions; driving licence, insurance and MOT checks for staff using their own vehicles for work; The client QA Visits and service reviews, and even when to send each client a birthday card!
